Return Timeframe:
You may request a return within 7 days from the date of delivery.

Eligibility for Return:

• Items must be unused and in their original packaging.
• Returns must include the original receipt or proof of purchase.
• Only items purchased through Cash on Delivery (COD) are eligible.

How to Request a Return:
Please contact our customer support within the 7-day window with your order details. Once approved, we will schedule a pickup or provide return instructions.

Refund Process:

• Since we only offer Cash on Delivery, refunds will be processed as cash refunds upon successful return and inspection of the item.
• Refunds may take up to 7 business days after the returned item is received and approved.

Non-Returnable Items:

• Customized or special order products
• Items that show signs of use or damage
